Located in Chauzon<\/strong>, near to Pradons, Ruoms and Labeaume, at the entry of the Cirque de Gens<\/strong>, the Nautic base offers a menu of watersports- and outdoor activities.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Please note that in the off-season<\/strong>, the park<\/strong> is closed<\/strong> for the public but we still<\/strong> organize events and canoe trips<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A menu of water activities<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Our nautical base<\/strong> (open in July and August<\/strong>) proposes different activities<\/strong>: Canoe Kayak<\/strong> rental, waterbikes<\/strong> and Stand Up Paddles<\/strong>, and an area with lifeguarded swimming<\/strong> at the pools<\/strong> and in the river<\/strong> (only during July and August).<\/p>\n

The Recreational Park<\/strong> also comprehends a childrens playground<\/strong>, ping pong tables<\/strong> (balls and rackets are lend), a beach volley<\/strong> space for the sportives, a relaxing zone<\/strong> in the shadow of the trees and two magnificent sandy beaches<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

During summer the snackbar<\/strong> with its beautiful view on the river will be your meeting point for a moment of filling the belly.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

With your group: Organize a Canoe Trip on the Ard\u00e8cheOffer a canoe descent<\/strong> to celebrate an occasion<\/strong>: the must-do in the Ard\u00e8che<\/strong>! <\/span><\/h2><\/div>

From April to September<\/strong>, we offer you 2 very accessible<\/strong> trips, adapted to all levels (rooky or experienced). The descents 8 km (Balazuc – Isla Cool Douce)<\/a> or 12 km (Lanas – Isla Cool Douce)<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0are playful<\/strong>, varied, and with a few rapids to assure good memories<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

Our organisation can bring the whole group<\/strong> to the starting point and they slide back on their own rythm<\/strong> to the beach of Isla Cool Douce<\/strong>, the arrival<\/strong>. In terms of timing you are free: you can make a stop to discover the \u00ab\u00a0ecological\u00a0\u00bb hamlet of the \u00ab\u00a0Viel Audon\u00a0\u00bb just after Balazuc<\/strong> or at the little wild beaches<\/strong> to have a coosy picnic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The assets of a successful journey<\/h2><\/div>

Here’s a few instructions<\/strong>, so this journey will stay an excellent memory for everybody.<\/p>\n

First off, don’t forget to announce yourself at the reception<\/strong> so we can be sure we checked in<\/strong> all the participants.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Security for all<\/h3><\/div>

The monitors or guides<\/strong> stay responsible<\/strong> at all times for groups of minors<\/strong>. During summer lifeguards assure security at the indicated spots<\/strong> on the river or at the swimming pools<\/strong>. In the rest of the park we decline all reponsibility.<\/p>\n

Rock jumping<\/strong> on the other side of the river<\/strong> is not part of the park and is not part of our security nor responsibility<\/strong>. Jumping may be dangerous<\/strong> and result in accidents<\/strong>. Stay vigilant!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Parking access<\/h3><\/div>

The nautic base has a private guarded parking<\/strong>. Outside of the season, please present yourself at the gate to access free parking. In July and August the parking fee is \u20ac5\/day.<\/p>\n

Access<\/strong> by\u00a0bus<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Busses can’t descent into the park. There is parking space on the other side of the river, on the community of Pradons. Coming from Pradons, you can pass the bridge, pass our gate and continu direction Chauzon, to take a U turn on a small parking 50 m further.<\/p>\n

You can then return, drop of the kids<\/strong> on the entry and take the bridge again to look for a parking spot on the other side of the river.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Dresscode for swimming in the pools<\/h3><\/div>

For hygienic reasons, you have to wear tight swimming shorts<\/strong> (type speedo) in the swimming pools<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Normal shorts, bermudas or burkinis are not allowed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
